Bahan/Ingredients A ½ Cawan/50ml - Minyak / Cup of oil/ghee/planta/butter 4 sekawan & Daun Salam /Cinnamon, Star anise ,Cloves ,Cardamom & Bay Leaf Bawang/Bwg Putih/Halia - Onion/garlic/ginger (sliced)
Bahan/ Ingredients B Rempah Pesamah /Pesamah Mix 25g 3 biji Bawang Besar /Red Onion ( kisar/blended) 3 Ulas Bawang Putih/Cloves of garlic ( kisar/blended) 3cm – Halia /Ginger ( kisar/blended)
Bahan/Ingredients C 1 Kg – Kambing/Daging/Ayam - Lamb/Beef/Chicken Gula kabong - Brown sugar/ Palm Sugar (2 sudu/spoon) Lada hitam - Black pepper powder (2 sudu/spoon) Kerisik - Coconut butter (2 sudu/spoon)
Bahan/Ingredients D 4 pcs Kentang - Potatoes (diced) Cili Merah/Daun Sup/Bawang Besar Potong Bulat & Tomato Red Chilli /Sup leaves/Onion slice around & Tomatoes Santan - Coconut milk 250ml Garam/Perasa - Salt/Flavour enhancer
Cara Memasak/Cooking Method
Tumis Bahan A dgn minyak hingga kekuningan dan masukkan bahan B sehingga pecah minyak. Saute ingredients A with Ghee till aromatic then add ingredients B mix well for 5 min Masukkan Kambing dan air didihkan sehingga empuk. Add lamb and water, cooks till meat tender. Masukkan Bahan C sehingga kering sedikit. Add remaning ingredients C, cook for 2min Masukkan bahan D sehingga masak dlm 5 minit. Add Ingredients D, cooks another 5min. Siap masukkan garam dan perasa secukup rasa. Finally flavours and salt it to your taste.
Basmathi Pesamah (Beriani Pesamah)

230g - Beras / Basmathi Rice 4 Sekawan/Spices - (Cinnamon/Clove/Cardamon/Star anise) Minyak/ Ghee (Clarified Butter)( 2 sudu/spoon) 1/4 - Pesamah/Lamb Pesamah 50ml – Santan/Fresh Milk 300ml – Air/Water
Cara Memasak/Cooking Method
