Description
Asam Laksa is one of the most popular noodles dishes in Malaysia. It is synonymous to the famous Penang Island in Malaysia. It is truly an exceptional dish – an intoxicating noodle soup dish with the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, sour, salty and savory flavor and consider an all time favorite.
Ingredients:
Onion, Chili Powder, Vegetable Oil, Ginger Flower, Shrimp Paste, Kesum Leaves, Bird’s Eye Chili, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Turmeric Powder and Disodium 5-Ribonucleotide as permitted flavor enhancer (plant origin).
Cooking Instruction:
1. Mix 1 packet of Dapur Spices Asam Laksa powder in 700ml water. Bring to boil.
2. 
Add in 400g of Sardine or Long Jawed Mackerel. Cover lid to simmer under medium heat. 

3. You can add in prawn paste for extra flavor. 

4. Blanch 500g of laksa noodle, drain and set aside. Serve hot with cucumber, 
onion, salad, mint leaves, red chilies, boiled egg and etc.
