Shipping and Delivery
1. Shoppymore Delivery
1.1 All you need to do is prepare your parcels with all the relevant documents for each parcel and a manifest form (proof of shipment) to pick up from you or drop off your parcel at any branch of designated courier services. Remember to let the designated courier services and staff sign the manifest form that you have created, and you are done.
2. Track my Shipping
2.1 For all orders that had been shipped using consignment note printed from Shoppymore Vendor Login will be updated automatically in Shoppymore App or web page.
2.2 You can track the parcel through Shoppymore website.
2.3 Unfortunately, the delivery status update for some shipments may get delayed from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process. For such cases, Shoppymore’s support team will help you to track the order and follow up with the respective courier service provider. It might take up to 1 days from pick up date for the shipment’s status to be updated.
2.4 If there are no updates for more than one day, please reach out to us with your Order Tracking Number and a picture of the consignment note printed for us to help you further.
3. Delivery status of order has not been updated for more than three days after courier has accepted my parcel.
3.1 Do check with your buyer if the person has received the item as Shoppymore Logistics might have missed out the shipment’s status updates.
3.2 If the buyer has received the item, please obtain a proof of receipt from the buyer such as a confirmation screenshot of your chat with buyer and send it to us for us to update the delivery status and release your money which the special condition to release your money has been fulfilled.
3.3 If the buyer did not receive the item within 14 days after picking up date, please reach out to email@example.com
3.4 If Shoppymore's tracking system is not updated in time along with Shoppymore’s Delivery Partner's own tracking service. It is advisable for you to refer to their respective tracking services.
4. Updates for multiple orders tracking number
4.1 For orders that are placed with Shoppymore Integrated Shipping Options, you will not need to update the tracking number for these orders. All you need to do is to arrange shipment for the orders and print out the bill for your parcel.
4.2 Select the relevant Courier Service provider that you would like to process its order. You will be required to arrange shipment which either a pickup request or drop off request for these orders.
4.3 After you have arranged shipment for your orders, from click "Download Documents", select the orders you wanted to process and download or print the relevant documents needed.
4.4 Print out the relevant document you have downloaded and pack the parcel.
4.5 For sellers that are not part of Shoppymore integrated shipping program, you will not be able to print the consignment note used to ship the item but will need to click on "Delivery" and insert their respective tracking number for buyers to receive it.
4.6 Please do make sure you copied their delivery address, name, and phone number correctly in the consignment note you used. Finally prepare the parcel and attach the tracking number to be shipped accordingly.
5. Setting shipping options for products
5.1 Below is the image of how to set the shipping fees:
5.2 Login to your vendor account. Click on the product you would like to edit the product weight and dimensions of your product. The shipping fee will be changed according to the updated weight and dimension.
6. Check my order’s location and my order's Shipping Status
6.1 This article is going to address these questions may help you understand better about your order.
6.2 As part of Shoppymore's dedication to provide the best online purchasing and selling experience to all users, all the shipping status of your order will be visible from Shoppymore App directly if the seller ships is using Shoppymore Logistics.
6.3 Orders that are being shipped by most local courier service provider will still be visible directly in your order's shipping information when sellers updated their tracking number into the order.
6.4 Check your delivery status yourself by clicking on the name of the order under your "Track order" tab and then click on the "Shipping information" to see the full detail of the shipping status of your order.
6.5 Take note that sometimes the courier service provider might not be able to send the products to you on weekends or immediately the next day, please consider for us to hold your payment for an extra 3 days where you can wait for the deliveryman to send the products.
7. The delivery lead time for Shoppymore Orders
7.1 Shoppymore Delivery Services which comprises the shipping companies, should be able to deliver the parcel to buyers on an average of 1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia and 1-7 working days for East Malaysia once it is collected from the seller.
7.2 You may check the tracking status update from the website of respective courier service provider as well. Below is the list for all Shoppymore Supported Logistics Partner's tracking services on their respective website:
7.3 If you suspect your parcel is lost in transit whereby it has been collected by respective courier service provider but has not been updated in the last 3 days, you can advise buyer to request for refund by sharing them the link to this link Return & Refund Policy while you provide the supporting document which is required.
7.4 After that our dispute team will be able to help you trace the order and if it is indeed lost in transit, we will use the document you provided to help you claim for parcel lost compensation.
8. Terms & Conditions:
8.1 There will be a minimum spend amount per store for any reimbursements of shipping fees.
8.2 Shipping fee subsidised will be determined from time to time by Shoppymore.
8.3 Minimum spend per store for buyer to qualify for free shipping for each order will be applicable and is subject to change by the seller/vendor.
8.4 All orders come with a pre-assigned tracking number; sellers must ship out an order with bills printed from Shoppymore. Failure in doing so may result in order cancellation.
8.5 Shoppymore may, in its sole discretion and without notice will remove any user who violates the terms and conditions from the shipping and delivery platform and in its sole discretion with immediate effect.
9. Vendor Preparation Time
9.1 Average Preparation Time is the average time a vendor takes to ship out an order. It is calculated from the date the order is paid till the date the order has been picked up by the courier service provider.
9.2 You can use this indication to have a rough understanding about how fast your orders were being shipped out from your facilities.
10. Essential packaging material
10.1 Sellers are advised to prepare and pack their parcel as safely as possible to minimize the risk of item being damaged in transit. Based on the content of your parcel, you may use a combination of the following packaging material suitable to your sold products:

11. ‘Shipping and Delivery’ Promotion by Vendor
11.1 Shipping and Delivery Promotion is a feature introduced to vendors whereby these vendors can create their own shipping fees promotion to attract buyers to buy from their respective shops.
11.2 Sellers will be able to configure the amount they would like to subsidise based on the courier service provider of each item.
12. Other shipping options besides Shoppymore Supported Logistics
12.1 Do note that Shoppymore does not support shipment pickup and tracking in this case. The vendor will need to prepare all the relevant documents of delivery and complete the fulfilment of the order by themselves.
12.2 The vendor at any time can opt out to choose the courier services in the shoppymore platform of their choice.
13. Updated tracking number for orders
13.1 For orders that are placed with Shoppymore Integrated Shipping Options (E.g. Poslaju, DHL, Fed Ex, DHL, Aramex and TNT Express), you will not need to update the tracking number for these orders. All you need to do is to arrange shipment for the orders and print out the bill for your parcel.
13.2 Finally prepare the parcel and attach the tracking number to be shipped accordingly.
14. Other shipping options besides Shoppymore’s Shipping and Delivery services
14.1 Yes, you can choose your preferred logistic provider even if they are not integrated with Shoppymore.
14.2 However, do note that Shoppymore does not support shipment pickup and tracking in this case. You will need to prepare all the relevant documents of delivery and complete the fulfilment of the order by yourself.

17.1 Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address specified by the vendor/seller in the delivery Order. You agree to bear the risk for any Products wrongly delivered due to incorrect details provided by the vendor/seller. In the event, where the vendor/seller have submitted an Order and made full payment for the same, but the Vendor/seller fails to deliver the Product within the period specified on the Product page without any proper, reasonable and acceptable justification, the buyer may request for the Transaction to be cancelled. In such instance, Shoppymore Global Sdn Bhd shall refund any payment made by the buyer which is in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy in force at such time.
17.2 The Vendor shall contact, liaise, deal, and communicate with the relevant Logistic Provider(s), selected by Buyers upon checkout as their preferred choice of delivery, to arrange for the shipping of the Goods. In the event the Vendor/seller delays, refuses, fails, neglects, declines or is unwilling to observe, perform and comply with this clause, Shoppymore may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the transaction(s) concerned and refund to the Customer(s) all monies paid thereafter.
17.3 The Vendors/sellers shall update and inform the Website of the logistic delivery status of all Goods ordered and ensure that the Goods are collected by the relevant shipping and delivery Service Provider and successfully delivered to the Customer.
17.4 The Buyers understand that Vendor bears all risk attached to the delivery of the purchased item(s) and warrants that he/she has or will obtain adequate insurance coverage for the delivery of the purchased item(s).
17.5 In the event where the purchased item(s) is damaged, lost or failure of delivery during the course of delivery, Users acknowledge and agree that Shoppymore will not be liable for any damage, expense, cost or fees resulted therefrom and Vendor and/or Buyer will reach out to the logistic service provider to resolve such dispute.
17.6 All Goods sold on the Platform shall only be shipped or delivered to the Customer through the Shipping and Delivery Service Provider(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing by Shoppymore Global Sdn. Bhd.
